Digitalisation and didactic development of educational content
Under the project “Employment of a working student as part of an in-company innovation project”, the digitalisation and didactic development of existing teaching and learning materials at Deutsches Institut für Wirtschaft und Bildung is being supported.
The innovation project covers in particular the analysis and revision of existing teaching and working materials, the development of structured content-related and didactic templates, and the preparation of text and graphic content for further use in digital and multimedia learning formats.
The aim of the project is to systematically develop existing educational content, improve its digital and multimedia usability, and thereby strengthen the basis for modern and efficiently deployable online and hybrid education offerings.
The expected result is qualitatively enhanced, digitally usable teaching and learning content along with structured foundations that can be used sustainably for delivering and further developing the company’s educational offerings.

Under the project “Employment of an innovation assistant”, a sustainability-oriented marketing strategy for the digital education offerings of Deutsches Institut für Wirtschaft und Bildung is being developed and implemented.
The aim of the project is to reach disadvantaged target groups more effectively, increase the visibility of certified online coaching and continuing education offerings, and make access to education more resource-efficient.
The innovation project comprises in particular the analysis of market and target group potential, the development of a digital communication strategy focused on social and economic sustainability, the implementation of targeted online marketing and social media measures, the sustainable positioning of the company, and the introduction of KPI-based impact monitoring.
The expected result is a permanently usable marketing and communication structure that makes reach, resource savings and social impact measurable and allows the company’s sustainable positioning to be continued long-term by the internal team.
